Repair & Exchange Program

•    An unbroken service cycle:  24 hour turn around - minimises down time.
•    Three year warranty on refurbished telescopes
•    Telescope replaced not repaired – lower cost on replacement scopes.
•    Trade in telescopes to other telescopes to meet your needs

•    2 Tier pricing structure categorised by minor/ major damage

 

EndoProtect1™ also includes  value added service modules which  enables hospitals to optimise instrument sets and to ensure that personnel handle instruments correctly and carefully:

Service Training

•    Regular Care & Handling In-service Training for Hospital Personnel conducted by KARL STORZ Representative

•    Correct processing and care for increased usable life.

Set Audit & Set Reorganisation

•    Regular Care & Preventative Maintenance Program conducted by KARL STORZ Representative; Value added service = $95 +GST per hour.

•    Upgrading of the set to state-of-the-art technology: Reduced costs & increased functionality
